Location: Remote

Job Summary

– We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation Workbench (CWB), Payroll, and Compensation Management.

– The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules, particularly:

– Compensation Workbench

– Payroll

– Performance Bonus

– Deferred Bonus

– Bonus Pool Management

– Regulatory compensation frameworks including SAMA compliance requirements

– The consultant will work closely with:

– HR

– Compensation & Benefits

– Payroll

– Finance

– Project Management

– IT teams

– To design and deliver compensation solutions that align with organizational performance management and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)

– Configure and support Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) processes.

– Design and maintain:

– Compensation plans

– Budgets

– Worksheets

– Allocation rules

– Configure compensation cycles including:

– Merit increases

– Bonuses

– Incentive payouts

– Manage compensation eligibility criteria and workforce compensation processes.

– Configure approval hierarchies and compensation workflows.

Bonus & Incentive Management

– Implement and support Annual Performance Bonus processes.

– Configure and manage Bonus Pool allocations across business units and departments.

– Design and maintain Performance Bonus calculations based on individual and organizational KPIs.

– Implement Deferred Bonus programs including:

– Multi-year vesting schedules

– Payout tracking

– Configure Bonus Modifier rules aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

– Support compensation governance and audit requirements for incentive compensation programs.

SAMA Compliance

– Configure and maintain compensation structures in accordance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) compensation regulations.

– Implement deferred compensation frameworks for Material Risk Takers (MRTs) and other regulated employee groups.

– Support risk-adjusted bonus calculations and bonus modifier mechanisms.

– Ensure compensation processes comply with regulatory reporting and audit requirements.

– Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to validate compensation policies.

Oracle Payroll

– Configure and support Oracle Payroll processing and payroll elements.

– Develop:

– Payroll formulas

– Balances

– Element entries

– Fast formulas

– Support:

– Payroll validation

– Reconciliation

– Retro-pay

– Statutory reporting

– Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide timely resolutions.

– Ensure accurate integration between:

– Compensation

– Payroll

– HRMS

– Finance modules

Functional Consulting

– Gather and analyze business requirements.

– Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional design documents.

– Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules based on business requirements.

– Perform:

– SIT

– UAT

– Production deployment activities

– Provide user training and post-production support.

– Prepare functional specifications for technical development and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise

– Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM.

– Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB).

– Extensive experience in Oracle Payroll implementation and support.

– Experience configuring:

– Annual Performance Bonus

– Deferred Bonus

– Bonus Pool Management

– Bonus Modifier Frameworks

– Variable Pay Programs

– Incentive Compensation Processes

– Experience supporting compensation governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Oracle EBS Modules

– Oracle Human Resources (HRMS)

– Oracle Payroll

– Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)

– Oracle Self-Service HR

– Oracle Performance Management

– Oracle Advanced Benefits (preferred)

Technical Knowledge

– Oracle Fast Formula

– Payroll Elements and Balances

– Oracle Workflow

– SQL and PL/SQL (preferred)

– Interface and data migration support

– Payroll reconciliation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry.

– Experience implementing SAMA compensation regulations.

– Oracle HCM Certifications are preferred.

– Knowledge of:

– Compensation governance

– Risk-adjusted compensation

– Deferred incentive structures
