Organization Development Consultants (ODC):
Seeking an ODC Consultant with a blend of business development and HR/performance consulting to drive sales effectiveness, distribution performance, and organizational growth.
Required Skills
- Focus: Management consulting, HR services, and performance solutions.
- Services: Coaching, assessments, and organizational effectiveness.
- Context: Often staffed by industrial-organizational psychologists.
- 3–10 years in Business Development / Consulting / HR Advisory
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution processes
- Experience in HR consulting / organizational development
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Preferred
- Exposure to behavioral science / psychology / coaching / assessments
- Experience with enterprise or global clients
