Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic objectives related to organizational excellence.

• Study historical data and analyze trends to identify gaps in current performance.

• Develop a comprehensive strategic plan that includes the activities and initiatives required to achieve excellence.

• Conduct periodic self-assessments to review progress toward excellence using selected standards.

• Provide recommendations based on assessment results to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of current processes to identify weaknesses and bottlenecks.

• Propose strategies to improve efficiency, such as process redesign or the use of digital technologies.

• Define the scope of excellence-related projects and establish timelines and required resources.

• Monitor project progress regularly and evaluate results against set objectives.

• Provide periodic reports to senior management on project status and challenges.

• Organize regular meetings with teams and stakeholders to discuss progress and challenges.

• Create platforms for knowledge and experience sharing among different teams to enhance collaboration.

• Prepare documents and provide clear information on excellence efforts and project progress to stakeholders.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of services and processes.

• Conduct periodic evaluations of processes and services, including internal and external audits.

• Analyze data from evaluations to provide insights on performance and prepare detailed reports.

• Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills in quality and excellence areas.

• Establish channels to receive feedback from employees and customers to improve performance.

• Collect data from multiple sources, including internal systems and surveys.

• Use statistical analysis tools and appropriate software to extract valuable insights.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing results and provide recommendations to performance management.

• Implement an effective system for managing documents and information related to excellence efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in the same field.
