Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Owner at BRAC University, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Owner will oversee and guide the strategic direction, operations, and overall management of the university. Responsibilities include developing and implementing institutional goals, fostering academic and research development, managing financial and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to governance, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. The Owner will also act as a steward of the university's vision, ensuring alignment with core principles of sustainability, innovation, and societal impact.

- Strong understanding of academic administration, higher education policies, and governance
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities
- Experience in managing large-scale operations, budgets, and organizational resources
- Commitment to fostering innovation, inclusion, and impactful community engagement
- Proven track record in leading institutions or organizations with a focus on education, research, or social development
- Advanced degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience in the global education or non-profit sectors is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to navigate change and deliver strategic outcomes
