Key Responsibilities:
• Support apprenticeship and trades certification policy development
• Coordinate F/P/T interjurisdictional apprenticeship efforts
• Draft briefing notes and decision papers
• Analyze policy options for effective recommendations
• Conduct research and gather data on workforce trends
Requirements:
• Background in labour market or apprenticeship policies
• Previous experience in government or public sector roles
• Excellent written policy and briefing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Commitment to a part-time work schedule
