What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (B2B, vendors, institutions)
- Support the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities, including tenders and other project-based initiatives
- Assist in tender processes by:
- Monitoring tender portals (e.g., LPSE, e-procurement platforms)
- Reviewing requirements and preparing supporting documents
- Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal)
- Support proposal preparation (administrative & commercial)
- Maintain communication with partners and ensure smooth coordination
- Track partnership and tender pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare regular reports on partnership and tender progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Tender Handling, or B2B Sales
- Experience supporting tender processes (government or private) is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with good project and time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
