We are looking for an Airport Coordinator to oversee daily airport operations, ensuring an outstanding traveler experience while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and service quality. The role is responsible for managing validation operations, coordinating with airport and customs authorities, supporting frontline teams, and driving continuous improvements in customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality traveler experience.
  • Supervise and support airport refund and validation teams, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance.
  • Prepare shift schedules and ensure continuous operational coverage.
  • Coordinate with airport and customs authorities to maintain strong working relationships and achieve operational KPIs.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Prevent refund errors, operational risks, and fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure kiosks, equipment, and airport facilities are fully operational and maintained.
  • Promote company branding standards, including signage and uniform compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives to improve payment mix, customer service processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report operational risks or challenges.
