2. About the Opportunity:
The Payroll Specialist role is focused on supporting global payroll operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. This position contributes by partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll systems teams to maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role is critical for maintaining timely payroll administration, accounting integrity, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.
3. Responsibilities:
• Process and support end-to-end global payroll operations using ADP Streamline / ADP Celergo
• Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable compensation payments, and employee deductions
• Partner with payroll vendors and HR to comply with country-specific tax, social contributions, benefits, and statutory requirements
• Maintain relationships with global payroll vendors and monitor regulatory updates
• Review and complete quarterly and annual filings, statutory payments, and government submissions on time
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries with timely, professional support
• Recommend improvements to increase payroll accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries across multiple countries
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure correct accounting treatment of payroll transactions
• Support internal controls and compliance with accounting policies
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness
• Validate HRIS and payroll system integrations to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and resolve system discrepancies working with internal teams and vendors
• Participate in automation and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Propose ideas to enhance payroll operations'' efficiency and controls
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, and global stakeholders
• Communicate proactively with leadership about risks, compliance issues, or process gaps
• Maintain a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach across regions and time zones
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 0–2 years of accounting or payroll experience
• Experience with global payroll environments preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic global environment
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay Range $54,400—$89,700 USD
