Job Summary

Mobco Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, salary processing, employee settlements, and Oracle ERP systems within the construction or contracting industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing monthly payroll, calculating employee entitlements and deductions, preparing final settlements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees using Oracle ERP.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, leave balances, allowances, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
  • Calculate and prepare employee final settlements, including end-of-service benefits, leave encashments, and other employee entitlements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Finance Departments to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary processing.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and payroll procedures.
  • Review salary changes, promotions, transfers, and employment status changes within the payroll system.
  • Generate payroll reports, settlement reports, and employee cost analysis reports.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll transactions.
  • Monitor payroll data accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in payroll system improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Previous experience working with construction or contracting companies is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Payroll System is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, payroll regulations, and employee settlements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–8 years of Payroll experience.
  • Experience in construction or contracting companies.
  • Proven experience in salary preparation and employee final settlements.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employee benefits, and end-of-service calculations.
  • Experience using Oracle ERP Payroll.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
