We are seeking a PMO Specialist for a government organization located in the Jerusalem area.
Responsibilities:
- Managing service provider portfolios
- Supporting recruitment processes and publishing tenders
- Writing procedures and building work plans while tracking planning versus execution
- Planning and monitoring training programs
- Building an annual training plan and implementing courses and professional development activities
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects (PMO)
- Experience working with the MERKAVA system in managing employee files in the HR domain
- Experience in publishing, managing, and closing tenders for technology service providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
