Experienced Constable Requirements
- Graduate of the Saskatchewan Police College or recognized Canadian equivalent
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong integrity and moral character
- Physically fit; able to work shift work on a 24-hour basis
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive security clearance
- Must have worked for an accredited Canadian police agency within the previous 3 years
- No pending disciplinary matters
- Experience coaching and mentoring direct reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
