Position: Premises & Facilities Officer (Hybrid – First Aid)

Durham County Council is seeking two Assistant Support Services Officers to manage premises operations at Meadowfield Depot and Green Lane Council Offices. The roles involve acting as Premises Responsible Person, coordinating the Facilities Management team, and ensuring safe, compliant environments.

You will need an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, First Aid training (or ability to obtain), and experience supervising staff in a facilities environment.
