DisruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a mid-sized aerospace & defense manufacturer in Irvine, CA on a Pricing / Program Analyst opportunity. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting pricing decisions across engineering, operations and finance.
The Pricing / Program Analyst will support pricing decisions for both commercial and government programs, working closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance.
This role sits at the intersection of cost, pricing, and operations — ideal for someone who wants to move beyond pure FP&A or accounting and into a more strategic, business-facing function.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support pricing for bids, proposals, and quotes
- Analyze cost inputs (materials, labor, historical data) to inform pricing decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams on profitability and forecasting
- Assist with pricing strategy and margin analysis
- Help improve pricing processes and reporting
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in finance, pricing, or cost analysis
- Understanding of cost drivers (inventory, materials, labor, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (analysis, pivot tables, lookups)
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a hands-on environment
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Background
- Manufacturing, aerospace, or product-based environment
- Exposure to pricing, RFQs, or proposals
- ERP experience
Work Environment
- Onsite in Irvine, CA
- 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
- High visibility with leadership
