We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Principal to lead a well-established girls' school in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive academic excellence, support staff development, and foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school's strategic vision, growth, and performance.
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Develop and support teaching and administrative staff through effective leadership and professional development.
- Ensure strong safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral care systems.
- Oversee school operations, budgets, compliance, and resource management.
- Build positive relationships with parents, families, and the wider community.
- Monitor school performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Teaching qualification and significant senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of improving school performance and student outcomes.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, safeguarding, and school operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
