Operating from within the Accommodation Services Unit, you will lead a of a team of accommodation officers to administer the department’s policies and procedures for managing and complying with office accommodation related legislation, policies, standards and frameworks.
Your team will be responsible for the delivery of office accommodation activities, projects and services including lease management, capital and minor works related office fit-outs and refurbishments, office relocations, maintenance, and coordination of site services (including cleaning, pest control, security, etc) at a range of CBD and regional locations throughout Queensland.
While your role is based in the Brisbane CBD, there will be a requirement to travel to regional centres and offices from time to time which may also require overnight stays.
When office relocations are being undertaken, there may also be an occasional requirement to be available for after-hours work including on weekends.
