Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programmes tailored for senior-level audiences, particularly within government and public sector environments. This role combines product thinking, curriculum design, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation to drive meaningful learning outcomes and practical application.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development & Customisation
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials aligned with programme objectives and government-specific requirements
- Create practical workshop templates, frameworks, and toolkits that participants can readily apply in their roles
- Continuously refine content based on feedback, policy updates, and evolving public sector needs
2. Workshop Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate engaging, interactive half-day workshops tailored to diverse learning styles and senior stakeholders
- Ensure effective time management to deliver all curriculum modules within allocated sessions
- Foster a collaborative and outcomes-driven learning environment
3. Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Liaise with programme organisers on participant nomination, scheduling, and engagement strategies
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials, and technical requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
4. Assessment & Documentation
- Design and implement assessment frameworks to evaluate participant learning and programme effectiveness
- Produce post-workshop reports summarising feedback, learning outcomes, and actionable recommendations
- Use insights to improve future programme iterations
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience, ideally within government or public sector contexts
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for senior-level audiences
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Government & Public Sector Knowledge
- Understanding of government operating environments and policy development processes
- Experience collaborating with government agencies on product or service delivery initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in product management or training design methodologies
- Experience supporting government digital transformation initiatives
- Background in management consulting or similar advisory roles
