The Role
We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven Product Manager. You’ve already navigated the product development lifecycle, shipped meaningful features, and learned how to balance technical constraints with user needs. In this role, you will guide a cross-functional squad to deliver real impact while helping us
elevate our product practices.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Lifecycle: Turn user problems into shipped, high-value solutions. Write crisp requirements (PRDs), define clear acceptance criteria, and guide your engineering and design teams from discovery to launch.
- Deep Dive into Data: Actively measure feature performance post-launch. Use product analytics and user feedback to ruthlessly prioritize the backlog and iterate on what you build.
- Be the Voice of the User: Connect directly with Presto’s customers and operational teams to uncover real pain points and translate them into an actionable product roadmap.
- Drive Alignment: Act as the central hub connecting engineering, product design, QA, and business operations to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
- Foster Growth: Share your experiences, contribute to a strong product culture, and occasionally help guide junior talent and interns on the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on product management experience, with a proven track record of taking digital product features from idea to launch.
- Communication: Fluency in Arabic and a solid professional proficiency in English. You can effortlessly explain technical constraints to business teams and user workflows to engineers.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills. You are entirely comfortable pulling and interpreting data to validate your product decisions.
- Execution Focus: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient. You know how to run a sprint, manage a roadmap, and unblock your team day-to-day.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in high-growth startups, logistics, or on-demand delivery apps.
- A background in software engineering, data analysis, or product design.
