Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and management of a digital product within a strategic government project. The role is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet user needs and business objectives, while collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development, UX, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable tasks
- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of product increments
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Analyze product performance and continuously improve based on data and user feedback
- Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals and organizational strategy
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CSPO certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in government or digital transformation projects is a plus
