About The Role

As a Product Specialist, you will drive the promotion and sales of our Sleep portfolio, including CPAP, BiPAP, and PSG solutions, across assigned territories in Indonesia. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide product expertise, and contribute to the growth of The Air Station through effective sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through outreach to healthcare facilities, clinicians, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Arranging and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the assigned products to HCPs and patients.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately documenting all sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device, hospital supplies and equipment sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of medical products and their clinical applications.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for both private and government healthcare accounts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage HCPs and patients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage schedules efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
