Qualifications
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Coordinating various efforts regarding strategic sealift programs, including financial management, external studies, strategic planning, resources and requirements.
- Working with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
- Planning, organizing and directing expert-level teams, evaluating needed efforts and managing project resources.
- Negotiating with management.
