We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the end-to-end delivery and governance of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion across Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and achievement of business transformation objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification are an advantage
- 18+ years of experience in large-scale ERP / Oracle Fusion programs
- Strong banking / BFSI domain experience, preferably in regulated environments
- Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-geography programs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
