Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and enhancement of healthcare service programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of healthcare programs and projects involving cross-functional teams from concept through implementation
- Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with established standards and processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding program strategy and execution to meet critical healthcare service needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and operational solutions
- Drive process improvement initiatives and support organizational change management efforts
- Oversee and coordinate activities of external vendors where applicable
- Conduct quality audits to evaluate service delivery standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement initiatives to enhance program quality and team performance
- Develop and maintain key documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), test plans, requirements traceability matrices (RTMs), and training materials
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience, including exposure to clinical operations
- At least 3 years of experience in areas such as care management, utilization management, care transitions, or behavioral health
- Relevant clinical background or exposure to healthcare service delivery environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with digital tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in healthcare management, quality, or case management
- Prior leadership or program management experience
- Experience working with government-sponsored healthcare populations
- Knowledge of integrated care or population health programs
- Strong project management capabilities and high attention to detail
