A growing defense technology company is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, mission-critical programs from start to finish. This is a high-ownership role with full accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, and direct interface with government customers and prime contractors.

What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and procurement
- Own the full program budget, including planning, cost analysis, tracking, and cost-reduction
- Define scope, milestones, and performance metrics with customers and partners
- Manage subcontractor and vendor performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Identify and mitigate program risk and develop contingency plans
What you'll need
- 5+ years managing DoD contracts and programs
- Active PMP certification
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processes
- Proven experience leading Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across multiple functions
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

Compensation and benefits
Base salary $170,000–$190,000, plus a full benefits package: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
