🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of organizational programs. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, track performance, and drive programs from planning through completion.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at strategic execution, stakeholder management, and delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage strategic programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop program plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and delivery frameworks
- Coordinate multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Establish program governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking processes
- Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications, executive updates, and progress reviews
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external partners
- Define program success metrics and evaluate outcomes
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, transformation, or strategic initiatives
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and delivery timelines
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar qualifications
- Experience in digital transformation, technology programs, business transformation, or enterprise initiatives
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, government, telecommunications, consulting, or multinational organizations
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, PMO practices, and portfolio management
- Experience leading regional or global programs
- Multilingual communication skills, particularly English and Arabic, are highly desirable
