The Role: We are currently seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-state federal compliance contract. In this role, you will oversee a nationwide field staff conducting thousands of undercover compliance checks annually. You will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to federal reporting timelines, quality control standards, and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Command and control a decentralized, multi-state workforce of field investigators.
• Oversee the daily distribution of investigative assignments and ensure 100% compliance with strict 24-hour reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all field reports meet federal evidentiary standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison to federal agency stakeholders, providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance deliverables.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required background clearances and state licensing.
Required Qualifications (Must Meet All):
• Four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct investigative experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a nationwide field staff supporting government contracts.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation (NACI Tier 1 or higher).
