Job Description / Responsibility
Program Planning & Design Support
- Support planning and execution of social impact initiatives across healthcare, education, livelihood, innovation, and community development.
- Conduct background research, needs assessments, and best-practice analysis to inform program design.
- Prepare concept notes, project briefs, baseline summaries, and implementation plans.
Program Implementation & Coordination
- Assist in coordination and implementation of approved programs.
- Liaise with internal departments, partners, service providers, and field stakeholders.
- Support field visits, site coordination, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
Fund Management & Financial Coordination
- Support budget planning, fund utilization tracking, and expenditure monitoring.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure transparency, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Assist in maintaining fund-related records for audit and governance purposes.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (M&E)
- Support data collection, progress tracking, and outcome measurement.
- Assist in preparing structured progress reports, impact summaries, dashboards, and management updates.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Documentation, Governance & Compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation in line with governance, transparency, and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of approvals, reports, financial documents, and correspondence.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct in all program activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
