The Program Officer (Intern) for the Program Strategy & Impact team will gain hands-on experience in the strategic execution and operational support of delivering high-impact programs. He/she will also be providing operational and high-level support for strategic initiatives, executive communications, and institutional partnership development.

Job Description:

Strategic Research & Analysis

  • Landscape Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on key industry trends in educational equity, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) best practices, and competitor impact strategies. 
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively track and synthesize relevant news, policy changes, and potential Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from major government, corporate, and foundation partners. 
  • Briefing Preparation: Prepare concise, executive-level memos, reports, and background materials for Dicoding Leadership ahead of major external meetings and Board presentations.

Research & Proposal Support

  • RFP Research: Conduct targeted research to identify prospective grant opportunities, foundation deadlines, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with the company's impact goals.
  • Data Gathering: Collect internal data, organizational statistics, and impact stories necessary for inclusion in grant applications and partnership proposals.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in formatting, proofreading, and assembling final versions of grant proposals and external impact reports.

Executive Communications & Reporting 

  • Drafting Support: Assist leadership in drafting high-stakes documents, including content for impact report, internal and external strategy proposals, and communications.
  • Presentation Development: Design and refine complex presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) to clearly communicate impact metrics, goals, and strategic updates to various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Help organize and maintain key contact information for high-priority external partners.

Program & Administrative Support

  • Meeting Management: Schedule and manage the logistics for key strategic meetings led by Dicoding leadership, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking follow-up action items.
  • Operational Support: Manage the logistics pipeline, including tracking and preparing materials for program rollouts. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to campaigns/programs.
  • Data Synthesis & Maintenance:  Work with relevant teams; data to ensure the information used in reports is accurate and clearly supports the strategic narrative. Perform regular data entry, cleaning, and verification tasks related to campaigns/programs.

Job Requirements:

Key qualifications for this position:

  • University graduate, minimum with bachelor’s degree, with a maximum of 1 year after graduation. From relevant fields: Public Policy, Business, Management or Communications
  • Proven ability to conduct sophisticated research, analyze information, and distill complex concepts into clear, concise written summaries.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia), suitable for direct interaction with senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong enthusiasm for corporate responsibility, educational policy, or ESG investing.
  • High proficiency in Google Slides and advanced familiarity with data management in a spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Willing to work full on-site in South Tangerang, and undertake business trips when needed.

A plus if:

  • Prior experience in event planning, program support, or grant research.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a senior executive or manager
