Overview:
The Construction Management team is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support a high-volume portfolio of 100+ active projects. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, and Construction Managers to track financials, timelines, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative and analytical background within construction and be comfortable managing reporting, forecasting, and long-range planning (including 12-month lookaheads).
Must Haves:
• 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or administrative support within construction or related industry
• Strong experience tracking project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets and reporting
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across design and construction teams
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor project financial metrics, schedules, and timelines across all active projects
• Maintain and update project trackers to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility into project status
• Support development of 12-month lookahead reports and forecasting for project pipeline
• Analyze construction, design, and permitting timelines to identify trends and performance gaps
• Collaborate with Design and Construction Managers to ensure alignment on project updates and deliverables
• Generate and present reports on project progress, contract adherence, and key performance metrics to leadership
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and processes
• Provide ongoing administrative and analytical support to Project Managers and department leadership
• Assist in developing standardized reporting frameworks and performance metrics
