Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Project Analyst. The Project Analyst will assess business proposals, analyze financial and operational data, and prepare detailed reports and presentations. The role includes conducting research to support feasibility studies, monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with internal teams and entrepreneurs to align business goals is also a key responsibility.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in workshops, training, and facilitation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Report writing and assessment skills
• Background in SME development or entrepreneurship support
• Stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• Business assessment and recommendation capabilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Coaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
