Overview
Seeking experienced Project Analysts to support multiple IT initiatives within Commercial Platform Support team. This role involves financial oversight, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration across concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple large-scale IT projects (budgets up to $10M)
- Manage financials: accruals, SOWs, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- Use tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar
Must-Have Skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial management (accruals, forecasting, SOWs)
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros)
Nice-to-Have
- Banking/fintech or regulatory experience
- PMP certification
- Jira/Confluence/Clarity
