Role Description
This is a full-time Project Estimator role based in Bowen, QLD, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home opportunities. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, performing construction estimation tasks, and contributing to budgeting. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, the Estimator will play a critical role in ensuring the financial feasibility and success of diverse engineering and construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and evaluating project financials
- Strong experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimating and project management
- Understanding of local building regulations and standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
