About Jaipur 300:
Jaipur is approaching a historic milestone—300 years since its founding. The Jaipur 300 celebration is a multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder initiative that will include cultural events, exhibitions, public programs, heritage initiatives, publications, and city-wide engagements. The Project Lead will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to this landmark celebration.
Position Summary:
The Project Lead will be responsible for end-to-end project management of selected initiatives under the Jaipur 300 celebrations. The role requires strong coordination, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work across cultural, heritage, government, and creative sectors.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the planning and execution of projects and programs under the Jaipur 300 celebrations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
-Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, designers, historians, artists, event agencies, and government bodies.
-Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
-Manage project documentation, reports, and review meetings. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Support programming across exhibitions, events, installations, publications, and cultural initiatives.
-Ensure all projects are delivered in line with the vision, quality standards, and timelines of the Jaipur 300 celebration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management, Event Management, Heritage Management, Architecture, Design, Liberal Arts, or related fields. 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, large-scale events, cultural projects, exhibitions, or heritage initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and budgeting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
