About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager that has 5+years experience in leading the end to end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects for clients across multiple sectors.
This role is client facing requiring strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, the ability to operate across both strategy and execution.
Our Forward Logic Project Managers ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting quality and business outcome expectations.
Key responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, architects, developers, vendors)
- Foster high performing team of consultants across each engagement
Project Leadership
- Project leadership of our consulting engagements with our existing and future clients
- Ensure engagement delivers the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client
- Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagement to ensure a referenceable result for the client
- Mentor the team to develop and achieve the valuable outcomes for the client and Forward Logic
Project Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
- Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to suit project and clients needs
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project outcomes are delivered
- Oversee vendors, system integrators, and third-party providers
Client Engagement
- Build trusted relationships, by engaging with client sponsors, stakeholders and teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance forums
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Commercial Management
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and margins
- Support contract management and variations (change control) where required
- Contribute to proposals, bids, and RFP responses where required
Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
- Monitor progress and provide clear and concise reporting (status, risks, financials)
- Ensure alignment with client and internal PMO standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies (the Clients and Forward Logics)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management practices
