We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in defence-related projects to join our Brisbane team. This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with strict defence standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of defence infrastructure / construction / engineering projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with defence regulations, security requirements, and safety standards
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties
- Manage variations, claims, and contract changes
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications
