Must Have
- Post-secondary education in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Management, Public or Business Administration or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience. OR University Degree in either Business Administration, Healthcare, or Information Technology
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience functioning in a Project Manager role, as a project lead, specifically within a digital health context and a Canadian healthcare setting leading large projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Must have demonstrated a minimum of three (5) years of experience in developing and or maintaining project management documentation and tools including, project status reports, risk management tracking and management, decision records, project planning, and dynamic scheduling, all within a digital health context and healthcare setting.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working within Canadian healthcare.

- Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager in a digital health or health information technology environment, preferably within an acute or complex healthcare setting, including responsibility for developing comprehensive project plans that address interdependencies, resource needs, and adaptive scheduling.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience acting as a Project Manager, leading initiatives involving solution integration, system implementation, and associated testing and validation activities within a healthcare or digital health context.
- Proven ability to manage projects within a digital health environment while building and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, government bodies, and healthcare organizations.
- At least three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience working with healthcare information systems, leading integration efforts, and demonstrating knowledge of healthcare interoperability and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated capacity to work with a high degree of independence, supported by strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Prior experience working within regional or provincial healthcare authorities, with a solid understanding of local healthcare environments, governance structures, policies, and operational practices.
- Ability to demonstrate bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) in English and French, with experience leading stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities in both languages considered an asset.
- Possession of a current, industry-recognized project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent professional designation.
