Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Petaling Jaya. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals are met on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, managing resources, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing communications with clients and stakeholders, and streamlining logistics and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Knowledge of Inspection protocols and quality control standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and delivery optimization
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Relevant experience in the engineering, oil & gas, or energy industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred
