With a strong footprint in Sri Lanka and growing projects across Asia Pacific, Central, and South Asia, we deliver end-to-end solutions from feasibility studies and design to construction supervision, institutional strengthening, and capacity building.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Project Manager who can keep projects running smoothly and deliver results on time and on point.
You will lead consultancy assignments locally and internationally, working with global partners and diverse teams while keeping everything aligned from timelines to budgets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage complex consultancy projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and international partners
- Ensure timely deliverables
- Oversee financial, contractual, and administrative aspects
- Handle procurement and contract management across different project types
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience for Project Manager roles (Less experience? You may be considered for Assistant Project Manager)
- Solid understanding of ADB / World Bank / JICA or similar donor frameworks
- Experience managing teams and juggling multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a professional approach
