Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and academically grounded Project Manager to lead the execution of a specialized research-driven initiative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background, exceptional organizational discipline, and proven experience managing high-level deliverables. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating experts, ensuring timely progress, and aligning outcomes with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of the assigned project in alignment with predefined goals and timelines.
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, consultants, researchers, and reporting units.
- Manage project documentation, knowledge resources, and research inputs from various contributors.
- Facilitate periodic updates, presentations, and client meetings in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure the integration of reliable academic or institutional sources throughout project outputs.
- Drive alignment between the project's academic rigor and real-world deliverables.
- Ensure clear, structured, and professional written communications across all reporting materials.
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience, ideally in consulting, academic, or public-sector projects.
- Demonstrated access to and familiarity with scientific, academic, or institutional knowledge sources (e.g., Scopus, academic databases, government reports).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
- PhD in relevant field (Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields) is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead discussions, synthesize data, and maintain alignment across multidisciplinary contributors.
