Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the
execution of solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning,
coordination, and successful delivery of projects within timelines and quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects from planning to
commissioning
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Handle site activities, manpower planning, and reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety norms
Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project progress
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
2–5 years of experience in solar project execution/management
Must have experience handling projects ranging from 5 MW to 30 MW capacity
Strong understanding of EPC processes and site execution
Willingness for frequent site visits / on-site deployment
Good communication and team coordination skills
Experience in government projects will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of solar systems, project scheduling, and reporting tools
Problem-solving and leadership abilities
Ability to work in challenging site conditions
