General Job Summary
The Project Officer MEAL will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system for the CLIMB project. S/he will support the systematic collection, analysis, and documentation of project data to track progress against project indicators and expected results. The position will work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure effective monitoring of field activities, documentation of community evidence, and generation of learning to inform advocacy and program improvement. The MEAL Officer will also support reporting, knowledge management, and evidence generation related to climate-resilient and gender-responsive WASH governance initiatives implemented under the project.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project MEAL framework, tools, and reporting formats in alignment with the project proposal and guidance from Rupantar and WaterAid Bangladesh.
- Develop data collection tools, monitoring formats, and reporting templates to track project progress.
