Role Description
The Property Management Specialist will lead the company's real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage and develop the sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing broker relationships, monitoring performance KPIs, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve company sales objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial property projects.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with brokers, agencies, and strategic sales partners.
• Ensure effective lead management and CRM discipline across the sales department.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Minimum 3 years in a Sales Leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in managing sales teams and broker networks.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
