Position: Property Technician VI (5689)
Kiliuda Consulting, LLC a federal contracting leader is looking for a Property Technician to join our team in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes the process of decaling new accountable and non-accountable property.
- Ensures that all property transactions are accurately entered into the Property Management Information System (PMIS) and substantiating documents are created and maintained.
- Reviews PMIS and other databases to research missing items, misclassified documents, inappropriate entries. and takes corrective action.
- Creates periodic reports that cover procurement, acquisition, utilization, value, and disposition of government property.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Associates degree in a related field. Two years of specialized experience plus a High School Diploma is equivalent to an Associates degree
- Minimum of two years experience in a related field
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Salary range is 55 – 65K Depending on Experience
