Position: Proposal Manager(Government Proposal &Telecom)
We are seeking an experienced Government Proposal Writer / Proposal Manager with a proven track record of developing winning proposals for government agencies, preferably at the federal level.
Required Qualifications
- Experience writing and managing proposals for government (preferably Federal) agencies.
- Strong proposal, technical, and business writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex RFPs and develop compliant, persuasive responses.
- Experience preparing RFIs, RFQs, bids, and proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and produce clear, concise proposal documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical writing experience.
- Knowledge of wireless products and services.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Legal or contracts experience.
- Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process.
- Review government RFPs and ensure compliance with all technical and administrative requirements.
- Develop compelling proposal responses aligned with evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather content.
- Communicate with Contracting Officers regarding clarifications and post-submission questions.
- Review award documents and identify contractual risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal acquisition regulations.
