Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex government and government-funded clinical research proposals. This role involves managing end-to-end proposal activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, client-focused submissions aligned with business and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage RFP/RFI proposal lifecycle from planning to submission
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive proposal timelines
- Analyze requirements and develop compliant, compelling responses
- Write, edit, and review proposal content and supporting documents
- Support post-submission activities (presentations, clarifications, negotiations)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of government proposal management experience
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare industry preferred
- Ability to translate technical content into client-friendly proposals
