Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneur (PROTÉGÉ ) is one of Maybank Group's Corporate Responsibility Programme in support of the Government's initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates. Graduates selected for the PROTÉGÉ will undergo twelve (12) months learning on the job experience with Maybank.
Job Description
- Assist in providing advice and solutions on basic HRrelated matters
- Support the team with people-related tasks, such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Engagement, and Wellbeing initiatives
- Help with resource planning to ensure the business uses manpower efficiently
- Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, processes, and guidelines across business units.
- Supporting day-to-day operations including staff movement, general business enquiry, monitoring of employment contract and staff confirmation, and any other administrative tasks.
- Assist in data preparation pertaining to seasonal BAU e.g. Sector Talent Review, Performance Calibration, Appeal, etc.)
Job Requirement
- High agility, responsive with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
- Intermediate to Advance competence in Ms Excel & PowerPoint
- Willing to learn about human capital function
- Basic knowledge of data management
