This role focuses on developing and implementing engagement processes that build strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders. You will facilitate complex meetings while ensuring coordination across internal departments and First Nations’ programs. Your ability to synthesize stakeholder input will be critical to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement processes

• Engage with elected officials and senior staff

• Facilitate sensitive and complex public consultations

• Ensure alignment with internal programs and First Nations

• Speak to media representatives as required

Requirements:

• University degree or graduate certification in a relevant field

• At least six years of experience in public consultation

• Proven skills in developing engagement programs

• Exceptional interpersonal and listening abilities

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence maintained in good standing
