Location: Delhi – Jhandewalan

Experience: 1–1.5 Years

Key Responsibility:

  • Monitor and track public policy, regulatory and legislative developments at central and state levels across relevant sectors.
  • Conduct policy research and support the preparation of policy briefs, background notes, presentations and stakeholder documents.
  • Assist in drafting consultation responses, policy summaries and client-ready reports.
  • Support stakeholder mapping and engagement with government bodies, industry associations, think tanks and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including research, communications and content to support ongoing client mandates and projects.
  • Assist senior team members in policy advocacy initiatives, consultations and strategic engagements.
  • Analyse policy developments and help identify potential implications, opportunities and risks for clients.
  • Support preparation for meetings, roundtables, conferences and policy discussions.
  • Maintain trackers, databases and documentation related to ongoing policy developments and stakeholder interactions.

Skills:

  • Educational background in public policy, public administration, economics, law, political science or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of India’s policy-making and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify and present policy-related information in a structured and clear manner.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
