Location: Delhi – Jhandewalan
Experience: 1–1.5 Years
Key Responsibility:
- Monitor and track public policy, regulatory and legislative developments at central and state levels across relevant sectors.
- Conduct policy research and support the preparation of policy briefs, background notes, presentations and stakeholder documents.
- Assist in drafting consultation responses, policy summaries and client-ready reports.
- Support stakeholder mapping and engagement with government bodies, industry associations, think tanks and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including research, communications and content to support ongoing client mandates and projects.
- Assist senior team members in policy advocacy initiatives, consultations and strategic engagements.
- Analyse policy developments and help identify potential implications, opportunities and risks for clients.
- Support preparation for meetings, roundtables, conferences and policy discussions.
- Maintain trackers, databases and documentation related to ongoing policy developments and stakeholder interactions.
Skills:
- Educational background in public policy, public administration, economics, law, political science or related fields.
- Basic understanding of India’s policy-making and regulatory landscape.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify and present policy-related information in a structured and clear manner.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
