Position Summary
The position requires a highly organized Government Relations Officer and Professional Driver with experience streamlining corporate-government relations and logistics in the Saudi Arabia.
For this role, the main responsibility is to support the organization’s relationship with government authorities and regulatory bodies by coordinating day-to-day government relations activity, helping ensure timely compliance with external requirements, and maintaining effective institutional relationships.
You will also act as on-hand support to the office for any other/ various business needs such as, but not limited to, transporting to client meetings and other logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
Company Compliance Support
- Support communication and coordination with government departments, regulatory authorities, and other government bodies in line with approved protocols.
- Track relevant regulatory developments and administrative requirements, and communicate changes with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate submissions, permits, licenses, registrations, and official documentation with appropriate internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, visits, and engagement activities involving government or regulatory stakeholders.
- Ensure all government-facing correspondence and documentation are accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards and approval processes.
- Support issue tracking and help escalate regulatory, compliance, or stakeholder matters promptly and appropriately.
Employee Support
- Support organisation in the process of issuing or cancelling residency visas and iqamas for employees
- Help co-ordinate visas & iqamas for employee’s dependents where required
- Act as a point of contact for employees with local regulatory bodies to give them insight as needed
Administrative and Logistical Support
- Understanding of local routes to ensure safe, punctual transport for executives and staff.
- Co-ordination of your calendar to accommodate executives across the business
- Remain informed of personnel changes and key organisational contacts.
- Act as a professional representative for the office.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
- Valid driving license and clean safety record
- Professional, dependable and well organised
- Proven track record in managing visa processing, trade licenses, and authority paperwork while maintaining a flawless driving and safety record.
- Adept at navigating both bureaucratic systems and city routes to ensure timely document clearances and safe, punctual transport for executives and staff.
- Concise understanding of the regulatory landscape and any recent developments
