Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support manpower supply and recruitment operations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience and calibre)
We are seeking an experienced PRO with strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures to manage compliance and government-related documentation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and immigration processes
• Handle labour and government formalities for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate Emirates ID, medical, WPS, and related government requirements
• Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED, and other relevant authorities
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and official documentation
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations
• Monitor visa quotas and support workforce planning requirements
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to PRO activities
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a PRO
• Experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures
• Experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, E-Channel, and related portals
• Arabic language proficiency required
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government platforms
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
