Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Regional Marketing Team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will support regional branding, public relations, marketing campaigns, media relations, social media content, market research, dealer marketing programs, and daily coordination with regional teams and headquarters.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to regional automotive marketing and contribute to strengthening GAC MOTOR’s brand awareness and influence across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional branding, public relations, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating press conferences, media interviews, exhibitions, dealer events, offline promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Support relationship management with government entities, industry organizations, media outlets, agencies, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing social media and digital communications, including content review, publishing coordination, and performance analysis.
- Monitor media coverage and marketing effectiveness, and prepare post-campaign reports, communication data, and market feedback summaries.
- Collect and analyze information on the Middle East automotive market, competitor activities, consumer needs, and industry trends.
- Support dealer marketing programs, promotional material management, marketing expenses, budgets, and related internal processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other marketing documents.
- Support the Marketing Team with daily administrative tasks, cross-departmental communication, and coordination with regional teams, dealers, and GAC headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing, public relations, media, branding, social media, event management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication, professional emails, document preparation, and basic business discussions.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to organize data and prepare reports and presentation materials.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional working environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
